The Setup

The TA or HR team goes into the Criteria platform and builds the interview by selecting questions, adding rating scales, and assigning evaluators.

The Interview

When it’s time to interview, the hiring manager or interviewer simply clicks on the link in their email or calendar invite to get started. This opens a user-friendly panel showing all the questions in order, making it easy for the interviewer to take notes and submit ratings.

The Results
