• Real-Time Results: Assessment results, including scores and status, are posted instantly in iCIMS the moment a candidate finishes the test, with PDFs and detailed reports linked in the candidate’s record. 
   
• Package Sync: Test packages are easily associated with requisitions in iCIMS and can be managed or updated at any time, ensuring options always align with hiring needs. 
   
• Bulk Administration: Invitations can be sent to multiple candidates simultaneously, supporting high-volume hiring without manual repetition.
