Features:

• Flexible Assessment Triggers: Candidates can be prompted to complete Criteria assessments as part of their iCIMS application process or recruiters can initiate using designated workflow status’. Bulk invitations and multi-round testing are also supported for efficient high-volume hiring.
   
• Real-Time Results: Assessment scores, detailed reports, and evaluator recommendations are automatically updated in iCIMS Prime.
   
• Video & Live Interviews: Structured one-way video and live interviews can be scheduled and evaluated within the same workflow, with real-time status and results updates reflected in iCIMS.
   
• Ongoing Package Sync: Admins can sync packages between Criteria and iCIMS to ensure the ATS is up to date.
   
• EU Region Support: This integration supports iCIMS accounts with data in the EU, with Criteria data remaining in the NA region.
