The relaunch features major updates, including a streamlined user interface designed to make it easier for companies to access, organize, and share all the information they need to find the right candidates.
The relaunch introduces a number of new features to the platform. Through a partnership with ZipRecruiter, HireSelect customers can now post jobs directly through HireSelect, where the job postings will automatically get a TrafficBoost to increase visibility across ZipRecruiter and over 100 job boards online.
Also among the updates is a new applicant source tracking feature that enables companies to track where their candidates are applying from, making it easier to manage sourcing within the platform.
