General Aptitude Mobile Evaluation (GAME)

Test Description

The GAME is a mobile-first, game-based assessment of cognitive aptitude, which is one of the best predictors of job success. The assessment evaluates many of the critical factors that contribute to on-the-job performance: critical thinking, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply new information. Through 3 short mini-games, the GAME makes it easy to evaluate candidates up front in the hiring process by providing a quick and enjoyable candidate experience.

The GAME takes about 5-6 minutes to complete.

Score Reports

Each individual is given a percentile ranking, a relative performance metric that indicates how the individual scored in relation to others who have taken the test. For example, a percentile ranking of 65 means that an individual scored better than 65% of the group on which the test was normed.

The GAME’s fun and engaging mini-games measure the key components of cognitive aptitude, all within just 5 or 6 minutes. Job applicants can play the games on any device, from mobile phones and tablets to desktop computers.
