Criteria Names Experienced Talent Executive Ana Recio to Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES, CA – February 9, 2021 — Los Angeles-based Criteria, a market-leading SaaS-based people analytics platform, today announced the addition of Ana Recio to its board of directors.

Recio is the SVP of Talent at SoFi, a personal finance software company with over a million members. Prior to SoFi,  Recio was the EVP of Global Recruiting for Salesforce, where she oversaw Salesforce’s 750-person global talent acquisition team responsible for hiring 10,000+ people annually, and helped grow the company from 8,000 employees to 54,000 over 7 years through organic growth, acquisitions, and international expansion. Recio joins current board members Jason Babcoke, John Brennan, Kevin Cheng, Tony Miller, CEO Josh Millet, and COO David Sherman.
