ABOUT CRITERIA
People are more than their resumes.
Criteria was founded more than 20 years ago on a belief that still drives us today: resumes are poor predictors of success. They show where someone has been. Not how they think. They show titles and experience. Not potential. They show polish. Not performance.
THE WAY WE WORK IS CHANGING
Roles are evolving. Skills are shifting. The most valuable human strengths are becoming more important, not less.
These are the qualities that help people thrive when work changes. But they are hard to see on a resume. That is why organizations need a better way to understand talent, not just where someone has been, but what they can do next.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Four convictions guide every product we build.
WHAT MAKES CRITERIA DIFFERENT
A lot of talent technology promises speed. Criteria delivers confidence.
