• Flexible Assessment Triggers: Assessments can be triggered automatically when candidates reach a designated workflow stage, or recruiters can manually invite individuals or bulk groups for testing.
   
• Real-Time Results: Applicants receive immediate invitations from Criteria, and assessment results—including Talent Signal scores and evaluation recommendations—are synced back into Fountain within seconds, ensuring recruiters have up-to-date information to progress candidates efficiently.
   
• Package Sync: Packages in Criteria can be refreshed in Fountain using the “Refresh options” button to always display the latest test offerings; results are updated in real time as candidates complete assessments or interviews. 
   
• Comprehensive Scoring & Reporting: View detailed score reports as PDFs or dynamic reports right inside Fountain, including overall assessment scores, video or live interview evaluations, and recommendations from evaluators.
