• Flexible Assessment Triggers: Initiate assessments for candidates based on custom workflow status changes, such as application creation or interview milestones, within Rippling Recruiting. 
   
• Bulk Assessment Invitations: Effortlessly invite multiple candidates to Criteria assessments by moving them into the relevant status, supporting high-volume recruiting scenarios. 
   
• Package Mapping & Multi-Round Testing: Map Rippling requisitions to Criteria assessment packages for precise job matching, with support for triggering multiple testing rounds via different workflow stages. 
   
• Instant Candidate Notifications: Candidates receive assessment invitations directly from Criteria via email and SMS, including automated reminders, ensuring swift engagement. 

Please note: Results and reports are only available in Criteria’s platform, not in Rippling’s UI.

Active subscription to Rippling Recruiting, with access to Workflow Studio and the “Call a public API” action – please check with your ATS rep to confirm you have the right requirements prior to activation.
