With flexible assessment triggers, real-time results, and robust data mapping, the Criteria + Oracle integration is designed for modern, data-driven talent acquisition teams.

Integration Features

  • Flexible Assessment Triggers: Initiate Criteria assessments and video interviews at multiple stages—inline within the application, post-application, or recruiter-initiated—adapting to your unique hiring workflows.
     
  • Real-Time Results: Receive immediate, detailed candidate results and dynamic score reports directly in Oracle, enabling faster, more informed hiring decisions.
     
  • Custom Field Mapping: In addition to standard results display, map Criteria results to Oracle Flex Fields (custom fields) for advanced analytics and reporting. Capture key metrics such as scores, completion dates, and Talent Signals for additional visibility in Oracle.
     
  • Package Sync: Sync hundreds of assessment/video packages from Criteria into Oracle in seconds, supporting even the most complex, high-volume hiring needs.

Pre-requisites

An internal Oracle expert or implementation consultant with the required admin permissions; Application Implementation Administrator & Recruiting Administrator

Implementation Process

Getting started is simple and fast — assuming you have the available resources, most customers are up and running in about one week. Typically, customers deploy to sandbox environment prior to production.  

  1. Preparation:  Assign your Oracle expert and confirm permissions.
     
  2. Setup:  Criteria provides all credentials and a configuration package for Oracle.
     
  3. Configuration: Import the package, enter credentials, and set up any custom fields or workflows.
     
  4. Testing: Validate the integration end-to-end with your Oracle expert and Criteria integrations rep.
     
  5. Go Live: Once tested in your production environment, you can begin using Criteria assessments and video interviews within Oracle Recruiting.
