• Flexible Assessment Triggers: Initiate candidate assessments automatically upon status change in Acendre Recruit or immediately after an application is submitted, with processes configured for each client.
   
• Real-Time Results Delivery: Assessment results are sent instantly to Acendre, allowing for rapid decision-making and access to mapped score fields within the ATS workflow.
   
• Package Sync: While package sync is manual, clients simply update their package details in a Word document which HireRoad Support uses to keep ATS configurations current.
   
• Custom Candidate Experience: Integrations support branding customization, targeted email invitations, landing and exit page options, and efficiently mapped results for every unique hiring need.
