• Real-Time Results: Assessment results, including scores and reports, are automatically returned to Bullhorn and displayed within the candidate’s profile as soon as completed. 
   
• Email Invitations: Candidates receive automatic email invitations to complete assessments; all communication and results tracking occurs in one place. 
   
• Package Sync: Supports selection and sync of assessment packages tailored for different job roles or positions, streamlining bulk or role-specific evaluations. 

Requirements:

• A Bullhorn account with access to the Candidates module and relevant permissions to use custom tabs. 
   
• API access enabled within Bullhorn to support results sync and status updates.
