LOS ANGELES, CA April 8, 2019 Today, Criteria Corp released a major update to its candidate assessment platform, On Demand Assessment. The release addresses the increasingly competitive market for talent by focusing on the candidate experience with a mobile-first responsive design, a device-agnostic approach, a highly scalable and distributed architecture, and a new game-based assessment.
On Demand Assessment, or ODA, is the test center where candidates go to take Criteria Corp's aptitude, personality, and skills tests. The enhancements to the site were inspired by a mission to construct a better, more seamless candidate experience.
In pursuit of this mission, Criteria also unveiled a new assessment, GAME, or the General Aptitude Mobile Evaluation. The GAME is a mobile-first, game-based assessment of cognitive aptitude. The assessment evaluates many of the critical factors that contribute to on-the-job performance: critical thinking, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply new information. Through 3 short games that take just 5-6 minutes to complete, the GAME makes it easy to evaluate candidates up front in the hiring process by providing a quick and enjoyable candidate experience.
Job applicants can play the GAME on any device, from mobile phones and tablets to desktop computers. This frictionless assessment enables employers to create a brand-positive experience while gaining valuable, predictive information about their candidates.
