Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will report to and work closely with the VP of Marketing to help plan, implement, drive and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive awareness, grow inbound pipeline, and accelerate sales funnel growth.   

The successful candidate will be adept at creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive Criteria’s revenue marketing function.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel account-based marketing programs and campaigns that align with Criteria’s revenue and pipeline goals. 

  • Design, test and optimize new marketing programs to drive awareness among Criteria’s ICP and strategic targets.  

  • Management and optimization of existing inbound demand generation campaigns including SEM, Display Advertising, Email. 

  • Working closely with Sales to develop and execute programs targeting target Enterprise prospecting campaigns and programs. 

  • Develop insights through analysis of marketing data including website, SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Social Media, and Email Campaigns to make actionable recommendations for improvements. 

  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, track conversions and report on the health of the marketing and sales funnel.

KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing speaking to multiple audiences and stakeholders.  Enterprise marketing experience preferred. 

  • Experience creating and managing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital marketing tactics, events, webinars, email, web, content and direct mail. 

  • Experience with enterprise marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar) 

  • Experience managing and building reports in Salesforce. 

  • Previous experience managing a small team or working with agencies. 

  • Previous experience working with Enterprise audiences and successfully executing ABM programs and campaigns.
